Professor Gregorii Toshinski, an 85-year-old Russian scientist, one of the fathers of nuclear energy and the inventor of the fastest nuclear submarines in the world and a small reactor that could be the future of nuclear energy, accepted our invitation to Hyde Park Civilization.
