(1 September 1952 – 25 September 2012)

An activist in the anarchist movement; someone who stood up for the injured and for the rights of those suffering from discrimination, often Roma cases; and a representative in a variety of legal cases. During the Communist regime he moved in underground and dissident circles. Later he stood at the birth – as founder, inspirer or initiator – of many and various anarchist organisations in the Czech Republic. For a number of years he ran the fortnightly (now quarterly) magazine A-kontra. We will, with the help of this laureate, touch on (among other things) the themes of tension brought by the actual fulfilment of equality before the law.
