Scale for the exchange of facilities between European Television Corporations valid as from 1. 7. 2015

The scale of tariffs in hand contains individual services that are defined in detail with regard to:

• the scope of the services
• the minimum charges and
• the prices

Services of a qualitatively and quantitatively different nature, especially services rendered on the occasion of big international events, are the subject of special agreements.

CIRAP membership is open to all Active Members of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). The only condition for membership is that the Rules for the Application of the Scale of Tariffs (Annex 1) are observed. Applications for membership may be submitted in writing to the President of CIRAP or verbally on the occasion of a Plenary Meeting.

There are no membership fees, no statutes and no additional admission procedures.
