An animated series designed not only to amuse children but also teach them to avoid getting hurt in a traffic accident. After Tom the Clown comes down from the sky he feels lonely and so decides to conjure up three friends. Because he is not very good at magic, they turn out to be rather slipslop characters. Together they play in the land of Slipshodia, separated from the rest of the world by a high fence. The Slipslops are attracted to the dangerous world outside their own with its cars and trucks and buses. Luckily Tom always comes to their rescue and explains to them how to act safely.
