A series without narration featuring the combined technique of cartoon and puppet animation. Before going to sleep, little Babbie drinks from a cup with a rose painted on it. The moment she falls asleep, little Bertie the dragon pops out of the flower, wakes Babbie up and carries her away. Each night after an exciting adventure, Babbie slips back into her bed and happily drops back to sleep.
