A special music project that originated to celebrate the 60th year of the significant European music festival Prague Spring. The film presents the world of serious music and the people round the Prague Spring Music Festival as a close and sometimes very unserious link between art and the human element; it avoids the usual clichés of music documentaries and peeps into the festival background and rehearsals, and also into the private lives of the musicians.
