The Starokladrub horse is intended for the carriages of the highest social elites. A horse that has been bred for centuries to serve in the courts of emperors, kings and popes. It happened that when the monarch went to visit another state, these horses were a suitable gift for such an occasion. Breathtaking stories of horses that travel from their birthplace in Kladruby nad Labem to the Nordic kingdoms to fulfill their historical role there. The Queen of Denmark names her new horse Avanti. We map everything that preceded his first meeting with the queen over the course of two years. Even the Kingdom of Sweden uses historically white horses, on which the Royal Horse Guards ride today. The documentary brings a fascinating insight into the history of horse breeding of the Habsburg dynasty and their current use in the royal courts.
