Catalogue of Czech Television Programmes
This documentary mini-series presents the history and ecology of the Galapagos Islands. It was at this volcanic archipelago in the equatorial Pacific that Charles Darwin arrived at his theory of the origin of species. A Czech Television unit together with the local Darwin Station for the Protection of Nature, worked on the compilation of a complex picture of the state of Galapagos nature now. The danger is acute, but humans are the only current predator among the local fauna.
