Contemporary detective story, inspired by a real crime case. - A district town is shocked by the murder of a well-known businesswoman, found dead one morning in a dentist’s surgery. The detective pair Jaroslav Falta and Petr Brouček are put in charge of the investigation, and it is up to them to unravel the complicated case in which a number of local “celebrities” are implicated. The clues lead to the clients of the local luxurious gentlemen’s club ...The detectives are assisted by a team of specialists, and together they arrive at a surprising solution of the strange murder with a peculiar motive. – The makers sought to show the work of present-day criminologists, who cannot make do without scientific methods, presented in the film in the most authentic form possible.
