A mature, successful man at the peak of his life and career. Well-wishers, a beautiful lover and a healthy son. The fact that one of his guests has a car crash on returning from the party, could have become a mere episode of lesser importance had the guilty party not been Radek Máša the boss of the local underworld, and had his victim who ended up unconscious in hospital not been Martha, Berka juniors beloved. Young Rick knows of course, that his father will do all in his power to catch the guilty hit-and-run driver and have him punished. However, Máša is convinced that his old pal Berka will sweep the matter under the carpet as usual when he needs him to. How is Berka to make his decision in the situation of complicated relationships between law enforcement and the local mafia, not to disappoint his sons faith in him?
