A programmer named Honza spends most of his time at a software house. When he and his pre-adolescent son (from a broken marriage) take a trip to the countryside, he of course doesnt forget to bring along his cell phone, notebook, and digital camera. The hectic weekend trip quite unexpectedly turns into a longer stay in a small village in the foothills where Honza and his son spend the happiest and most beautiful moments of their lives. They gradually make friends with some of the interesting local inhabitants, but mainly with the attractive and rebellious Markéta. Honza falls victim not only to her charms but also to the enticing smell of herbs and home-brewed liqueurs made by her down-to-earth grandmother, and to the special nature of their pleasant country life-style. With the coming of winter, business force Honza to return to civilization. But at least he has been cleansed and enriched by experiences which the city can never offer him. . . .
