Meeting with production of Euroasian Television and Film Academy's members, Moscow
Eurasian Academy of Television & Radio (ЕАТR) is a non-profit professional organization established in 2001. Currently EATR comprises 577 individual members from 25 countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Australia, Bulgaria, Belarus, Canada, Czech Republic, China, Estonia, Germany, Georgia, Hungary, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, France, USA.

The main goal of EATR's activity is to promote the international cooperation of TV сompanies and professionals throughout Eurasia and worldwide. EATR continuously supports the initiatives and develops its own programs in the sphere of mass media, science, culture, education and law.

One of the most outstanding projects of EATR is Eurasian Teleforum in Moscow which embodies its goals and missions. Since 1998 it has become a traditional meeting of International TVprofessionals. Many years of its activity formed the structure of professional cooperation and interaction in today's world. The Agenda of the XI Eurasian Teleforum in 2008 contained the following events:

The most important objectives of EATR are to encourage and support the creation of high quality TV programs, to stimulate creative abilities for development of TV programs, to organize exchange of experience and to improve professional level of TV production, to give the TV viewers access to the spiritual, cultural and educational values, to participate in the International festivals and forums, to hold seminars and round-table discussions on creative, technical and legal problems of electronic mass media and etc.
